The Master's Class

The Master's Class is a twelve week leadership development course that provides insightful training for understanding the dynamics of working with people of varying personality types, exploring personal leadership styles and the principles of character, integrity and the right attitudes. It is absolutely life-changing and fun! Challenge yourself and grow as a leader!

In Luke 6: 12-16, Jesus chose twelve disciples that He would mentor up close and personal during His ministry on earth. Prior to making His choice, verse twelve tells us He continued all night in prayer to God. Yet even after fervent prayer, they were not equipped for service and needed training to carry out their commission.

Jesus chose them initially as followers with the expectation that He would transform them into leaders. He knew that once He made His ascension, they would be responsible for spreading the Gospel. Prior to them walking into their true call as leaders, Jesus spent three years dealing with their character, teaching them to love, and sharpening their skills and abilities using every opportunity to teach, coach and mentor.

As born again believers, we too are responsible for letting our lights shine for those we come into contact with. How do we do this effectively even with difficult people? We learn principles for leading people taken directly from the Bible used by the Master Himself. While you're learning to work effectively with people, you will simultaneously learn to become a better father, mother, employee, employer, companion and friend.
