Pastor Sandra Lilly

Affectionately known as Pastor Sandy, Sandra P. Lilly was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Temple University with a BA degree in Elementary Education. In addition to her Elementary Education background, she also has a background in Accounting and Adult Education. Pastor Sandy has always been actively involved with her husband since he accepted his call into ministry in 1976. After teaching in the public school system for twenty-one years, the growing needs of the ministry led her to answer the call to work full-time alongside her husband in ministry.  

Pastor Sandy has made significant contributions to the lives of many individuals in the area of leadership development through The Master's Class. Both she and her husband have a strong passion to teach leadership skills, particularly in the urban community. She continually provides excellent teaching, coaching and mentoring in the area of finances through Financial Increase Training Conferences. 

While Pastor Sandy has a fervent desire to see all God's people succeed, she has a particular interest in ministering to the needs of women. As a result of embarking on her own personal journey of healing, she is greatly touched by the hurts of women. In 2002 she established the Women of Success conference, held annually, where women are ministered to in all areas of their lives to become purposeful and powerful women of God.

A teacher at heart, Pastor Sandy works diligently with the Children, Youth and Nursery Ministries by coaching and mentoring the teachers and through curriculum development. Under her guidance, our youngsters engage in beneficial and enriching activities that are equipping them to become our next generation of leaders.

She and her husband have two daughters Sarita and Stephanie Lilly both of whom
are active in the ministry.
